Rajneesh Dev Sharma..founder Director of AADI HR Solutions is a seasoned HR professional with about 15 years of experience in all facets of HR like Senior Level Recruitment, Leadership and Managerial Training , Career and Succession Planning, Employee Communication framework , HR Policies and Procedures , Employee Engagement Initiatives and Compensation and Benefits. He is an alumni of IIM Calcutta, UGC-NET and JRF Scholar in HR, Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development , trained in Competency Mapping from TV Rao and Certified 360 degree internal coach.
