Manager /Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager- Human Resources
Organization: Services MNC but open for manufacturing and sales HR too
Location: Noida
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Responsibility & Accountability:
- Manpower planning as per organizational growth plan
- Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements fully
- Recruitment of candidates using optimal sourcing mix like job boards, careers pages, referral, social networks, professional sites etc
- Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates
- Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment budget
- MIS preparation on weekly and monthly basis of different factors like headcount, open positions, attrition etc
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
- Prepare the Employee Engagement activities annual calendar like fun events, parties, spot rewards etc
- Employee Compensation – keeping an eye on the employee compensation trends in the industry and appraising management on the same
Required Skills & Qualification:
- MBA (HR) with 2-5 years of relevant HR work experience in some ERP software
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing, applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms
- Experience with HR metrics
- Good command over MS-Excel and spread sheets
